Send New Password
If you've forgotten your SchoolZone password, you can have a new temporary password assigned and sent by email.
You will need each of the following in order to proceed with this self-service password reset, otherwise you will have to contact your school and request that they reset your password.
- The User ID of a parent account with an associated student in SchoolZone, or of an active adult student account
- A personal email added to your account
- A secret Question and Answer added to your account
